Firefighters were called to Sea Bright on Friday morning on a report that multiple vehicles were stuck in rising floods.

First responders were helping remove some of the drivers from their stranded vehicles on the 1400 block of Ocean Avenue, according to an initial reports.

Sea Bright Fire Rescue posted video of cars daring rising floodwater here on its Facebook page.

"Turn Around Don’t Drown!!" the firefighters warned.

"Another miserable day ahead with a cold rain and some wet snow could mix in mainly north and northeast of the coast," Meteorologist Joe Cioffi proclaimed on his Facebook page:

A second storm has developed near the Delaware coast and once it pulls out we will see drier and colder air take over, Cioffi wrote.

It gets worse.

A widespread freeze is expected Saturday morning, Cioffi said.

Saturday looks dry and cold. Sunday look for clouds and the chance for showers later in the day as wind and cold arrive for Monday and Tuesday, the local meteorologist said.
